2. Description of Service & Intellectual Property

Crickle provides free, daily interactive cricket guessing and trivia challenges created for cricket fans worldwide. All game concepts, custom code, user interfaces, branding, and original graphics are the property of Crickle.

Disclaimer: Crickle is an independent trivia application created by cricket enthusiasts. Team names, logos, and player names belong to their respective copyright holders, IPL franchises, or cricket governing bodies (BCCI/ICC), and are used strictly under fair use for educational and entertainment trivia identification purposes.

3. Fair Play & Leaderboard Guidelines

To maintain an enjoyable and competitive environment on our global leaderboards:

• You agree not to use automated bots, scripts, or score manipulation tools.
• We reserve the right to remove offensive nicknames or suspicious highscores from our public Firebase database.
• Each user is permitted one daily leaderboard entry per device mode.

4. Limitation of Liability

Crickle is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free gameplay. In no event shall Crickle be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of Crickle at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms of Service periodically. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
